In the house a living room, bedroom, kitchen and there is also a basement and summer kitchen. All together worth the price. You will need to do some investment but you then you can have a fine house in a nice village and area.

Services such as water and electricity are available. For heating there is a wood stove.

The village of Somogygeszti has a small population of 600 is not very large, yet cosy and fine to be. Location is at a 20 km from Igal with the (thermal) baths and a day trip to Lake Balaton (40 km) is also fine doable. Kaposvar is less than 20 km.

Here you will have some work, but you can turn this into a great (holiday) house.
