Sheet Music is a 1996 Beneteau Oceanis 281 that is the perfect boat for someone who wants to cruise in a smaller boat with most of the featuresfound on alarger vessel. She has been lovingly cared for since the current owner bought her in 2009, and has had many significant upgrades since then. The boat has amazing interior space for a 28’ vessel, and features a separate head and rear berth. Both the Genoa and Main Sail are just 3-years old, and the boat also has a storm job included in the inventory. The cushions were all replaced in 2009, along with a new NavPod and GPS chart plotter (Standard Horizon). There is a TackTick wireless wind system on board, along with a Raymarine DSC VHF with remote microphone at the helm. There are speakers both in the cabin and in the cockpit, and a wireless remote for the CD/FM stereo. The bimini was replaced 5 years ago with an all-new stainless steel frame. The motor (Yanmar 18hp) has been meticulously maintained, used only for access to the river and back, and starts within seconds of turning the key. There is a Racor filter installed also. There are custom “bottomsiders” cushions for the cockpit, and the lifelines were all replaced one year ago with new stainless steel lifelines. All lights have been converted to LED, and there is both hot and cold running water in the galley, with a shower head at the swim platform. It will be hard to find a Beneteau this size and in this kind of condition.
