Beautiful and renovated farmhouse and restaurant with 6000 m2 of land, located on the highest point, up on the hills of Alcaria do Cume, near Tavira. From here we have a beautiful view to the mountains and the ocean.

This restaurant is very well known this area. Visitors from all the comers of the world have sampled this Mediterranean based cuisine as it comes highly recommended in the Travel Guides. It is totally equipped with modern equipment. Iit has all the licences in place in order to start a new Restaurant. It opened its doors to the public in March 2007 and closed end of 2012, sits 40 people inside and 40 people outside. The current owners want to retire, and give room to another owner/couple to take over the business.

The upstairs residence has 2 bedrooms, plus an area for a small office. It has a lounge/dining room with a log burner, a lovely farmhouse type kitchen, 1 bathroom and a huge terrace all round with magnificent views of these amazing mountains and ocean glistening in the distance.
