This detached house was built in 2003 and has a living area of 215m2 consisting of two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a bedroom with private bathroom / toilet. The kitchen offers access to a large covered terrace. Upstairs is a second bedroom with private bathroom, a spacious living room and a guest toilet. For the drains there are two septic tanks. The whole house is centrally heated through a wood stove in the kitchen. In the living room is a wood burning stove. Hot water is obtained via the wood stove in the kitchen, a solar water heater and an electric boiler as backup in winter time. The chalet has its own central heating.

Is there an outside?
The house is situated on a beautiful attractive plot of almost 2.4 ha. The land is easily accessible, lightly sloping and with terraces. It has trees on it (eucalyptus, oak, cork oaks, mimosa and pines) that provide firewood, shadow and greenery. In addition, there are various fruit trees such as orange, clementine, fig, apple, pear and olive.

Any specifics?
The houses and grounds have a beautiful view of the mountains of the Aor and the Serra de Estrela. The property is south facing, so all day sunshine can be enjoyed. Other features of the house are the unique, private sporting facilities.

Where is it?
The house can be reached through the village of Vila Ch. The last piece is a sandy road of about 300 meters. The village is about 500 meters from the house. Here is a neighbourhood cafe. Oliveira do Hospital and Tbua are approximately 8 and 10 km away respectively. These small province towns have all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctors office, small hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger cities Coimbra and Viseu are at a distance of about 70 km and 60 km.
