Location

Only 3 km to the historic centre of Todi, the farmhouse enjoys a unique location: hilly, secluded and convenient at the same time; in a two minute drive it is possible to reach the centre of the town, while the fast road E45, connecting to the main historic centres of Umbria, is only a five minute drive.

The view is breathtaking, overlooking the valley with its gently rolling countryside dotted with small medieval hamlets; on the left-hand there is the historic centre of Todi, while on the right hand side, in the distance, there are the Martani mountains, once a holy place, where the ancient population of Umbria built a majestic temple of which the Cyclopean walls still remain.

- the internal staircase has been made with hand-worked and antiqued green Brazilian granite;
- the floors are of handmade cotto tiles that have been polished and laid in geometric shapes;

- bathrooms have been individually styled and tiled with the best ceramic tiles made in Italy;
- the main entrance driveway leading to the garage has been made with 24,000 handmade cotto tiles and 300 sqm of cobblestones with selected river stones;
- the fireplace in the sitting room features ancient stone that has been reused and hand-worked;
- the recreation room, coated with original stone with hand-chiselled arches.

Outdoor space

An entrance drive, paved with cobblestones, connects the farmhouse to the outbuilding and leads to the lower part of the gardens where, in a secluded position, the swimming pool has been built.

The farmhouse is surrounded by an enchanting lawned garden with flower beds and several kinds of roses. The garden and the land are dotted with 120 olive trees and 40 fruit trees including peach, cherry, apple, pear, apricot, almond, plum, hazelnut and fig trees.
