- the main entrance driveway leading to the garage has been made with 24,000 handmade cotto tiles and 300 sqm of cobblestones with selected river stones;
- the fireplace in the sitting room features ancient stone that has been reused and hand-worked;
- the recreation room, coated with original stone with hand-chiselled arches.

Outdoor space

An entrance drive, paved with cobblestones, connects the farmhouse to the outbuilding and leads to the lower part of the gardens where, in a secluded position, the swimming pool has been built.
