General Condition
If you're looking for a lot of boat at a reasonable price this Newport 33 might fit the bill. The cockpit is big, deep and can easily accommodate wandering kids or a bunch of adults. The boat is easy to sail, fast, stable, and gives the feeling of a much larger boat underway. She'll accommodate up to six.  
 
Actual Condition
This 33' Newport was donated to a Charity we are selling her for. She appears to be in good shape for her age, with just a little cleaning needed and some minor delamination. The interior looks good, bilge pumps are operational and the rigging appears intact.
