Close proximity to the city centre with great transport links. Bus lane to city centre serving buses 37, 38, 38a, 39, 39a, 70 is a short walk away, while Ashtown train station (3 stops from Connolly and Docklands- 10 minute walk away) provides access to the IFSC. The M50 is a 5 minute drive, while the Phoenix park is less than a 5 minute walk. Plenty of shops, pubs, cafes etc within a couple of minutes walk.

The house is occupied by three other German friendly professional males in late 20s/30s. Looking for a nice and tidy person to share house with. No couples. Rent and deposit required on moving in. All bills will be split 4 ways.
