Opis:
Your role is to provide assistance to the Corporate Compliance team with varied administration tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Organisation of meetings (liaising with participants, booking meeting rooms, liaising with the audio visual team, issuing calendar invites etc.)
Assisting the Monitoring & Surveillance team with the administration duties involved with maintaining the Channel Islands Compliance Oversight Programmes
First stage preparation of Senior Management & Board reporting
Taking minutes at Corporate Compliance team meetings and meetings between Corporate Compliance and the business
Assist the Compliance Managers with drafting Corporate Compliance Policies & Procedures
Specific Qualifications/Experience:
Good analytical and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, in particular the ability to produce good quality, concise reports and other forms of business correspondence as well as an ability to clearly relay information verbally
Excellent IT skills, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
A Level or above preferred but not essential
Candidates must be classified as either ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law
