JOB TITLE
Assistant Project Manager (Quantity Surveying)

Our client is one of Asia’s largest developers with focus mainly on retail facilities.

They are currently seeking talented candidates to fill the role of Assistant Project Manager in Quantity Surveying to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for cost planning, cost control, procurement management, construction cost management
• Coordinate with the team, consultants and parties involved regarding the projects.
• Advise project team to ensure quality and costs of the project improvement works are in line with the specifications.
• Liaise with respective departments and external auditors regarding contracts, compliances and financial matters
• Implementation of asset improvements, repairs and maintenance projects.
• To monitor project cost and budgets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline
• Holder of membership of HKIS / RICS will be an advantage
• At least 5 years solid work experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in working with consultancy firms, developers or property management companies would be preferred
• Must have experience in building repairs and maintenance and A&A projects
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with all project stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS applications, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
