JOB TITLE

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR *** Hong Kong

Do you want to work for one of Hong Kong’s well-recognized architecture and interior designer consultancy ?

Our client is currently seeking experienced candidates to fill the role of Associate Director to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a team of project managers
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
- Responsible for project documentation (e.g. Proposal and Tenders)
- Manage project costs and ensure project is on schedule
- Ensure projects delivered to agreed contractual standards
- Perform regular site visits to ensure quality control and check on progress
- Liaise with client and consultants on project progress
- Provide assistance on Business Development

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design
- Registered Architect would be preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in Architecture preferably
- Background in Hospitality and Residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, InDesign and MS office.
- Good Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English
