J'ai une chambre disponible (12mq ou la grande 16.5mq) dans mon 3.5 pieces. L'appartement est situe a Gland a 6-7 minutes de la gare.
L'appartement est tres lumineux, les deux chambres sont oriente east et le sejour + cuisine sont ouest. La plus petite des chambres a un petit balcon, l'autre est plus grande.
Le sejour est tres grand et a une grand balcon.
La cuisine est completement agence et neuf, dispose de four, plaques en vitroceramique, frigo et grand congelateur.
Il y a trois armoires dans le couloir.
L'appartement est connecte a la fibre optique. Il faut choisir un abonnement, a discuter lequelle.

Je cherche une personne de bonnes manieres.

I offer a room in my 3.5 rooms flat close to the Gland train station, 6-7 minutes by foot. The flat is very luminous, the two bedrooms are oriented east while living room is west. The smaller room has a balcony while the other one a bigger space.
The living room is very big and it has a nice balcony. Kitchen is completely furnished and new.
The flat has three big closets in the corridor.
Fiber optic is available. It is needed to discuss which abonnement to choose. I prefer long stay people.

I am looking for a person with very good manners. I am 31 years old.
