JOB TITLE

BUILDING ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the supervision and quality control of all finishing works executed
Prepare finishing designs, work schedules, bill of quantities and purchase requests
Oversee inventory and purchases and prevent wastage of materials
You will monitor the completion of the work ensuring it is to schedule and to specifications
Ensure all works is to full compliance with the engineering design, technical specifications and within the approved budget
Perform daily site inspections and provide solutions to unforeseen issues to avoid delays
You will work closely with the Senior Engineer and subcontractors and must be able to communicate ideas, plans and direct work

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent
Must have relevant experience in Planning and Execution of Finishing Works
Experience in interior finishing works in major projects of Commercial Complex / Hospitality / Terminals / Residential
Candidates with Data Centre experience will hold a distinct advantage
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and time manage effectively.
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
