JOB TITLE
Building Services Engineer *** Hong Kong

Our client is one of the leading construction companies in Asia, they are currently seeking Building Services Engineers to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures
- Liaise with Client, Subcontractors and site team
- Attend all project and technical meetings, ensuring work is distributed and to schedule
- Monitor processes and advise on energy use and conservation, reduce carbon footprint and minimize environmental impact
- Commissioning, organizing and assessing work load
- Responsible for detailed drawings, plans and diagrams
- Produce forecasts and manage the costs, ensuring that work is completed to budget without negotiating on quality
- Ensure that design and plans of building systems adhere to legislative and health and safety standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree in Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Effective time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC Applications (e.g. Microsoft applications, AutoCAD)
- Must be fluent in Cantonese and English
