Casa Murmura is centrally located in Pizzo, part of the province of Vibo Valentia in Calabria.

The old town of Pizzo itself is steeped into a ruggedly beautiful coast bespeckled with pristine white sandy beaches, sleep inducing coves and dramatic sheer cliffs. It is both locally and internationally famous due to its dramatic location overlooking the coast. The old town is well-received by locals and tourists alike. By day, it's a slow paced popular seaside and fishing port, by night, it's a bustling hub of activity providing innumerable cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a host of bespoke gelaterias that offer the local Tartuffo ice cream speciality.

There is very good rental potential for this property due to its excellent location and proximity to the beach, local amenities and international airport. It is a popular area with the locals as well as the international market.

Pizzo is also renowned for its local produce. Delicious Swordfish (Pesce Sparda) and its Tuna (Tonno) are highly rated such that even the Japanese import the tuna from this region. Lastly, Nduja, a peppered and spiced meat in the fashion of a pudding is particularly renowned.
