You will liaise and coordinate with Architects, Planners, Engineers, Contractors
Understand the scope of requirements of the project to execute the operation
Calculate and estimate costs and work within budgets
Must have competent knowledge in both manual and CAD application.

Involved in a variety of sectors, our Client has current projects in Hong Kong and all over Asia. Sectors which include developing rail services, sewage works, airports, commercial and residential projects and land reclamation.

Associated with large-scale and landmark projects, they have established a reputation for delivering projects that are focused on preserving and sustaining the environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree/Diploma in Engineering Construction or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience on large-scale CIVIL projects
Must have competent Computer-Assisted Drawing CAD knowledge
Experience with foundation works is a MUST
Self motivated individual, high degree of professionalism and integrity
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to adapt to a dynamic working culture
Fluent in Cantonese and English
