The villa is available for rent at US$ 499,00 per night. Minimum is two nights. The villa has a master bedroom with a King size bed, a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bedroom with two Queen beds. Furthermore, there are two Queen size sofas in the living room.

Jarabacoa Property

Beautifully sited in a rural setting in Jarabacoa, the house employs many of the latest concepts in sustainable design. The strategically placed windows, "green" roof and "smart" LED lighting combine with other features to create a home which makes little impact upon the environment. If the owner wishes, the house may be fitted with solar panels and intelligent robotics which will further reduce energy use and improve sustainability.

It is constructed strongly but subtly, using stone natural to the region and wood from the countryside.

Frank Lloyd Wright set forth his theory of "organic architecture" over 80 years ago, urging architects and designers to use materials native to a region when constructing a residence. The Chilean architect Alexi Moraga H. believes in a similar concept, that a building should "disappear to make appear".
