HKD 24,000 – 28,000

Our client is one of the primary lift and escalator company. They are responsible for the design, install, and the maintenance of any types of lift, escalators or passenger conveyors in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, plan and coordinate lifts and escalators installation
• Assist in monitoring the maintenance and installation project progress and ensure the expected quality of work
• Suggest and give advise of the improvement works and maintain an updated knowledge of the latest technology in the industry
• Make sure the project is within schedule and foresees any potential problems
• Site supervision and meetings to ensure smooth operations of projects
• Liaise with different parties, such as architects/consultants/landlords
• Report and give advice on unsafe work behaviours

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in the Elevator and Escalator industry
• Good communication, analytical and planning skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
