The property could also be converted into a hotel as the Mijas Town Hall has already expressed interest in the past to listen to proposals but these proposals have to be very good and special as the licence for running a hotel is not only granted by the Mijas Town Hall but also by the Junta de Andalucia and they are very strict in granting hotel licenses. We have uploaded on our ftp server plans with what could be interesting for both, Town Hall and Junta de Andalucia, in order to grant a hotel licence. As you will see, this proposal includes a donkey museum which would be very high valued by Town Hall and Junta de Andalucia as it would be considered as social interest (interes social).
Other installations would also be considered positively, such as specialised hospitals or clinics, retirement homes, etc. To cut a long story short, something different in order to get the corresponding license from both institutions.
