I am looking for a female to sublet one room in my apartment in Eaux Vives.

THE APARTMENT has lots of character, high ceilings with original 1910 stucco details, and and has been newly and beautifully renovated. It is situated in the trendy neighbourhood of Eaux Vives on a quiet street, just 4 minutes away from the lake, across the lovely Parc des Eaux Vives, 3 minutes away from the bus stop (line 2,6, E, 9), 4 min away from Coop. In the area there are plenty of small cafes, patisseries and good restaurants.

THE ROOM is spacious and bright, with lots of sunshine. It is fully furnished with bed, two wardrobes, table, chairs, armchair and lamps.

SHARED AREAS:
-large, fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, nesspresso machine, all appliances that one could think off :)
-large bathroom with bathtub
large hallway.
COST: 1250 CHF + 150 CHF for utilities (heating, wi-fi, cleaning lady) Deposit 1 month rent. Minimum stay 3 months.

IDEAL PERSON TO SHARE THE APARTMENT WITH: I am looking for a female, ideally professional, who is quiet and clean. You should have a valid work permit. No smoking and no pets please.

ABOUT ME: I work in marketing, love travelling, I am very friendly, extremely clean and discrete.
