A bar and a barbecue area, and a beautiful terrace are also available for guests.

The property has a basement, the heating, which was renewed in 2007 , is an oil -fired central heating system.

Windows were partly renewed, garage and terrace was renovated in 2010 , a solar system is also installed ( 2010).

The ground plot has a size of about 825 m2 .

The guest house is in Untersagritz Kirchheim. The center of Grosskirchheim has a modern sports center and good infrastructure. The free ski bus stops right outside the guest house . The Heiligenblut ski area is about 12 minutes' drive away .

The special feature of Grosskirchheim is its location , surrounded by the Hohe Tauern National Park , the largest nature reserve in Central Europe.

This idyllic village is located in one of the alpine valleys of Upper Carinthia.
