HEAD OF ENGINEERING

As a member of the engineering team, you will lead all engineering activities for the firm providing technical support & expertise towards the firms construction products range.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and review Singapore Engineering Plan in conjunction with Head of Marketing.
• Analyzing and recommending short and long-term resources and program development plan.
• Identify and implement new construction trends including competitive & market research to expand business potential
• Heads a national high performing team of Engineers
• Compliance with corporate technical guidelines, responsibilities and practices by all members of the organization.

PER-REQUISITES:

• Postgraduates and MBA graduates in Civil or M&E field required
• Good technical skills
• 10 years of working experience in technical knowledge, planning, project management.
• Applicants from construction related business would have an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Creative thinking with “can do” attitude
• Independent and self motivated
