Primary objectives

- Oversee and manage the whole safety team
- Coordinate and implement safety programs to maintain the safety of the environmental working conditions
- Provide full Safety and Environment support from project planning implementation to completion
- Investigate accidents, and witness inspections
- Provide management support with the production
- Maintain safety controls and process within the company’s policies and in accordance to ISO14001, Bizsafe, OHSMS18001 and other local statutory requirements.
- Establish a good rapport with the client, sub-contractors and government authorities.
- Handle coaching, reporting, training, hazard analysis and process risk minimization

Skills and experience required

- MUST be Registered with Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- 15 years experience in infrastructure projects in Singapore
- MUST have experience handling large scaled projects
- Knowledgeable in Safety legislation and regulations (ISO14001, BizSafe, etc)
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Contractor background would also be suitable.
- Excellent attitude and commitment
