We are a 4 bed house & looking for people in their mid twenties upwards to mid thirties.

You will be sharing with three female professionals (31) (30) working in Microsoft and teaching. Our house is friendly, cosy, clean and tidy - we are looking for like minded people! Non smoking. No pets.

There is a open living area with a kitchenette attached. All mod cons as expected: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, big fridge etc. Plenty of drying space and a washing line. Small office space and desk upstairs.

Outside: Low maintenance back garden with seats and a BBQ. Front: bike rack and one car parking space which is shared amongst the house. Lots of free off street parking at house.

Bills are split between four and are monthly. Bins 9, gas & electricity - varies, Virgin 10.80, (each housemate takes charge of a bill) house kitty 5 every few months.

We are located outside Templeogue village near the M50 in a quiet estate. Local amenities include. Bushy Park, Tesco Rathfarnham, Supervalu, Orwell, ALDI Terenure, Ben Dunne Gym, Carisle. Terenure and Rathmines very local.

Bus services include the 15, 54a,49, 65, 65b and more into city centre (20 mins) Nightlink available. Taxis roughly E17 to town.
