This is a cottage that certainly should be renovated, but it is quit bad. Best is to rebuilt and see what part can be used. After all it is/was a nice authentic Hungarian cottage as you can see in the layout. You enter the house for the entrance hall and behind this hall the larder. On the left, a room and on the right a storage room. There is a detached shed as well. Connected to the house is a shed that could be rebuilt and be added to the house.

The location makes it absolutely worthwhile. The plot itself is 7.165 m2 and can be bought in your private name. The property is situated on a paved road. It needs mentioning that the entrance bridge to the property is in bad condition. Costs for repair will be approx. 250-500 euro.

Beautiful spot in the North of Hungary with wonderful views. Renovation however, is clearly necessary. This may be a great opportunity if you are a handyman and willing to invest some time in this Hungarian house. No doubt that the price offers a lot of prospect.

Mains electricity and running water are present, but need to be reconnected. Outside the cottage is a well. There are no gas or sewerage in the village yet. Telephone and internet can be connected.

The area is ideal for nature lovers, with hardly any industry, just peace and quiet. The small village has about 200 inhabitants only and your shopping can be done in the next village or town. Within 30 minutes drive you can be on the M3, as well as in Miskolc. The beautiful city of Kosice in Slovakia, with it's nice centre, is certainly worth a visit.

The area is ideal for hikers, mountain - and motor bikers. Time stood still in this part of the world where you can ride or walk for hours and hours.
