This complex is definitely worth it if you're looking for your horses. Not just the plot or the stable, but also the environment. Delightful for excursions.

The house is definitely worth with 200 m2. One part was built in 1980 and the other in 2000. This part is not even used. In the house, two living rooms and 6 bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Further still a beautiful basement and of course the stable of no less than 100 m2.

All facilities are available and the drainage is connected to the sewer system.

Sikator itself is a small village (400 inhabitants), but very nicely situated in the Bakony hills. Beautiful natural area for horse riding, but also for hiking and biking. The abbey / monastery of Pannonhalma is well worth a visit.

Very special object and definitely worth it if you are looking for lots of space.
