In the natural park and within 5 km. of the capital of the Baix Emporda, it is this traditional Catalan building with 25,000 m2 of landscaped grounds and forest. Reformed in 1994, this stone building Gironí has 1000 m2 on two floors with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, game room and large kitchen with fireplace.
Cherry trees, olive trees, almond trees, mimosas and the typical Mediterranean forest surrounding the main building. The saltwater pool take us to the nearby Mediterranean without leaving our private pantheon. And the oil heating, own water well, irrigation sprinkler and alarm system will remind us that the world still live in the XXI century.
