This apartment is modern & spacious and has been equipped with everything you could need to move staright in. The open-plan lounge & dining area is a light & airey with modern furnishings. The sliding patio doors lead out to the large south facing private terrace with an outside dining area and ample space for relaxing in the sun.

The spacious and stylish kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a king size beds and there is a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The sliding patio doors lead directly out from the bedroom to the terrace and there is a large en-suite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower over, WC and bidet.

The large community pool is just a few steps from the apartment stairwell and is situated to the side of the terrace and not directly in front of the apartment. This has the advantage of making the apartment very peaceful and private even in the middle of summer. Every pool area has a children's pool and a large main pool and are all fenced in for additional child security. The pool areas are all set in amongst large open grassy gardens with palm & olive trees and an array of tropical plants.
