Outside there is an outbuilding used as a summer kitchen and three storerooms/workshops and a charming covered dining area. There's a large hanger, wooden stables (3 stalls), chicken pen and a greenhouses. The paddocks are fenced and also have electric wires. There's two wells and a inlet from the lake. There is some woodland, a veggie patch, courtyard and garden with a total plot area of around 1.7 hectares.

There are no neighbours and the house is approximately 150m from the public woodland track (note 500m along this track sees you back on tarmac). The property is in an idyllic location and ideally suited to someone wishing to keep animals. A visit is highly recommended and sure not to disappoint.

Roughly 15 minutes from Chateau-la-Valliere and Savigny sur Lathan and a little more down to Langeais or Bourgeuil on the Loire river.

Access to the region is good. There are low cost flights and the TGV fast train into Tours. Access to the region by car is also good with excellent motorway access. You can also fly into Paris and drive or take the train from there.
