The communal swimming pool is set in a grassed area with plenty of shade provided by the cover of mature trees. The piscina man “Antonio” visits three times a week, throughout the year, to carry out pool cleaning and garden maintenance.

A detached Summer House on the edge of the garden provides further social facilities. Beyond here a 300 year-old olive tree sits on a central island with rose garden and recently planted oleander bushes feature at the centre of a HALF ACRE plot of land which affords additional car parking for visitors if required.

The villa is ideally situated equidistant from Sevilla - Cordoba - Granada. All within 90 minutes on the nearby Autovia.

Malaga airport is one hour away.

Lora de Estepa has two banks with ATM cash dispenser, chemist , medical centre, library, two grocers and a fish shop. There are several bars serving simple food. The church here has a pretty interior. There is a town hall and community centre too. The population of the "village" is approximately 900 and the natives are very friendly!

The property is in good general repair and benefits from a entirely new roof which was re-tiles during the summer of 2010.
