The Villa is situated in the lovely, secluded area of Lindfields at the west end of Highway 192 about five miles drive from Walt Disney World. It is a single storey 3 bedroomed, 2-bathroom villa and is beautifully furnished. It has its own screened 30’ pool and it is fully fenced for complete privacy with a pretty garden area. The lounge has comfortable sofas, coffee table and small side tables with lamps, cable TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead out to the pool area, which is furnished with table, chairs and loungers and a BBQ. There is also a lanai for those who prefer a little more shade. The patio doors to the pool area are alarmed to ensure that children cannot go out to the pool without their parents being made aware. This also enables the air-conditioning system to work to its optimum by ensuring that the doors are kept closed. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal, toaster, coffee machine and, especially for our British guests, a kettle. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. We have also installed a Rain Soft drinking water system to provide you with excellent drinking water to save you having to buy bottled water. The washer and dryer are installed in the garage along with basic equipment such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The Area Lindfield’s is one of Orlando’s most secure and pleasant residential areas, surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands, combine this with its quiet surroundings and beautiful landscape, it makes it a truly relaxing place to take a holiday. Lindfields is only 5 miles from Disney World and well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Disney Theme Parks. It is situated on the 192 in Kissimmee, with its many shops and restaurants which include TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse and MacDonalds to mention but a few. However if shopping is your thing then Lindfields is superbly positioned for the great shopping malls on International Drive. Rooms & Entertainment There is a king, queen, one twin bedroom and cot/crib available. All bedrooms have TV/DVD players. All telephone calls, including International are free of charge and Wireless Internet is available free of charge with own laptop.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
