JOB TITLE
Maintenance Manager / Asst. Maintenance Manager

Our client is one of Hong Kong’s leading property services companies providing property and facility management services in residential and commercial, residential and industrial properties in Hong Kong.

They are currently seeking talented candidates to fit the role of a Maintenance Manager to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate and monitor matter relating to technical services
• Assist to explore other business relating to property management
• Review and establish the maintenance processes and monitor performance of contractors
• Supervise maintenance team, in carrying out repairs and maintenance works
• Responsible for plan and control of maintenance budget
• Ensure that building services equipments are maintained in good condition.
• Implement necessary changes and strategies in order to comply with regulations
• Prepare tender and technical procedures on engineering works

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree holder in Engineering / Building Studies/ Building Surveying / Architecture disciplines.
• Member of Hong Kong or Chartered institution of Engineers would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in property maintenance with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate and Green card holder
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
