Building Area of 50,000 m 3 with overall project for construction of a futuristic tourist/receptive structure consisting of two buildings with strong vertical development: a hotel and a Convention Center. The hotel's 270 rooms conster divided into three types, 320-seat conference room, roof garden, restaurant, lounge bar, panoramic terraces. The project fits in coherently pi large urban redevelopment plan of the area of reference. In particular, the structure will be paid, given the location, business travellers, Conference activities and cultural tourism that has always characterized the city of Rome (REF. 7363).
