Procurement Manager/Officer
Our client is a one of the leaders in large scale building and fitting our projects in Hong Kong. They have a vast variety of projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Articulate procurement policies for the company
• Create manuals for monitoring and evaluating sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Coordinate contract team
• Consult favorable terms and rates for materials
• Sourcing building materials
• Liaising with project teams for purchasing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
• Maintain projects’ budget

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree in Building Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in sourcing building/construction materials, preferably in fitting out industry
• Excellent in liaising with vendors performance & product sourcing
• Experienced in internal control, cost control, and budget control
• Trained in supplier management systems
• Experienced in technical specifications
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• More experienced candidates will be considered for procurement manager
