Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to the operational teams
• Manage the feasibility studies for new projects
• Oversee the planning, implementing and executing of the projects
• Handle the issuance of the project reports and ensure the timely delivery of the projects
• Maintain programme schedules
• Liaise with the Regional Engineering Head, Project Management Team and Account Leader- AP

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any Engineering discipline
• MUST be able to understand building services engineering discipline
• Knowledgeable in Programme Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Financial Management and Contracts Administration.
• MUST understand Singapore standard codes and requirements
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Strong leadership, negotiation and training skills
