Property Manager *** Hong Kong

Our client is a famous developer having diversified property portfolio comprises quality residential, commercial, industrial projects in Hong Kong and with on-going expansion across Asia.

They are currently seeking candidates to fit the role of a Property Manager to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the daily functions of all operational staff and outside contractors
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination with all parties
• Establish Security & Maintenance policy and procedures in line with the expected standards
• Monitor the Building Security System, Fire Equipment and operation of other facilities
• Attend to the building related incidents and submit report

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree / Diploma holder in Housing Management or related disciplines
• Member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) / Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) would be an advantage
• Minimum 8- 10 years of solid experience with 5 years at supervisory level
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
• Knowledge of Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and the Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
• Excellent writing or speaking in English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and PC operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
