JOB TITLE

QA/QC Engineer

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

You will be accountable for our Client’s assurance procedures. You will be maintaining the QA/QC inspections on all systems, processes and materials. You will have sufficient knowledge in compliance with engineering codes, standards, regulatory requirements and specifications for the project. You will be co-coordinating all documentation, and activities and conduct material inspections ensuring material specifications are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement systems and ensure accurate programs for internal and external site audits
You will prepare QA/QC plans and formulate inspection reports, procedures, checklists
Assist Project Schedulers in development and maintenance of schedules
Monitor and schedule the Quality Assurance activities
Review and assess the progress of works, highlighting issues during site meetings
Support the project activities within the construction site
Must have strong communication skills, and be able to build good rapport between Subcontractors and project teams
You will compile and submit inspection reports with ISO documentation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree from Building background
Minimum 5 years Quality Control experience
Must be able to write Inspection and Test Plans
Must be familiar with site safety procedures and Quality Mark Assessment scheme in Building Construction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player and ability to adapt to dynamic environment
Highly self motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
