QUANTITY SURVEYOR/SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR *** DEVELOPER

This developer focuses on the majoring of their project in hotels, properties, infrastructure, and retailers. They are one of the most prominent developers in Hong Kong associated with some of the biggest current projects.

Our client strives to achieve a remarkable status in the construction industry through offering intensive research and development, and advanced technologies. They are unique for their superior management techniques for maintaining high standards in corporate governance, transparency, and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial control of subcontract packages
• Manage cash flow, cost control and maximizing the value recovery
• Implement and identify cash strategy
• Feasibility studies through to final accounts
• Manage and process claims, variation orders, subcontract, and material orders
• Accountable for Subcontract Order Documentation and Accounts.
• Preparation of financial reports
• Maximization of value recovery, cost control and cash management.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building
• Do not have to be Chartered
• MUST have 4 years relevant experience
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Previous experience working on commercial/residential or hospitality projects
• Self motivated individual, high degree of initiative, independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
