JOB TITLE

RESIDENT ENGINEER - BUILDING & STRUCTURAL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your focus will be on design and coordination of building & structural projects
You will liaise with Clients and Contractors, ensuring the project is completed to schedule, technical specifications and to the Clients standard
Involved with the architectural and structural design process and providing guidance on Codes of Practice and Health and Safety requirements
Accountable for the health and safety of all site work
Conduct timely inspections and monitor the site progress and quality assurance
Support, advise and provide alternative solutions to Contractors

They are seeking a Resident Engineer to join their Hong Kong office and be part of their dynamic and growing team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Civil / Structural engineering or related
At least 10 years work experience within construction and possess site experience
Experience in design, installation, structural and build
Applicants with lesser experience will be considered for Assistant Resident Engineer
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Cantonese
High degree of professionalism and good working attitude
