JOB TITLE
Retail Services Director

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Are you looking to join a globally recognised Property Consultancy?
• Can you write and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin?
• Are you looking for a new role after Chinese New Year?
Successful candidates will hold a degree with 8+ years of retail leasing experience. You must hold an Estate Agent’s licence in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience developing new retail business opportunities and providing accurate and reliable property market insights. Previous shopping centre operations experience will be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must hold an Estate Agent’s Licence.
• Minimum 8+ years experience preferred.
• Must possess good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a self-motivated, innovative, result-orientated attitude and ability to work independently.
