Description:

Commercial Premises at prime location, just outside Laguna Phuket

Lease agreement minimum 1 year to maximum 10 years
Security deposit will refund full upon expiration of the contract without any damages or outstanding bills
Rental can deduct withholding tax 5%
Maintenance can deduct withholding tax 3% (before vat 7%)
Electricity has individual meter and charge (normally 3.99 per unit)
Telephone charge following TOT
Both electricity and telephone invoice will issue from Moondance Co., Ltd. (PDM management)
Telephone, can deduct withholding tax 5% of number rental and 3% of telephone cost (before vat 7%)

Optional alarm system cost 3,500 THB (excl. vat 7%) per alarm per year, contract provided by G4S Security Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
