JOB TITLE

Safety Supervisor - ***Macau

Have you got construction safety experience?
Would you like to work on one of the major projects in Macau?

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Our client is expanding from Hong Kong to the ever growing success in Macau. Currently working on a major hotel & serviced apartment project. They currently require Safety Supervisors to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, evaluate and administer plant or project safety programs to address program inadequacies
Coach site safety supervisor and supervisory staff in the execution of their safety, health and environmental responsibilities and provide training to staff and workers where necessary
Carry out incident and accident investigations
Prepare the reports and review completed safety records to ensure they verify compliance with specified requirements
Promote a positive safety culture and promotion where necessary to ensure specified requirements are being met
Assist project team in preparing method statement and risk assessment
Observe safe systems of work relevant to your work area and report potential hazards
Attend the site meeting and joint inspection

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in a HSEQ role
Curtain wall and cladding installation experience is preferred
Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
Initiative, well organised, communicative and hardworking
Stationed in Macau
