KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, manage and motivate the team in accomplishing the business results
- Develop effective channel development strategies to best represent a reputable brand image, review and make changes accordingly
- Produce sales plan and monthly sales - forecast to show business focus and direction, sales activities, opportunities and risks
- Observe the market conditions and competitive activities
- Develop strong partnership with clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-6 years solid experience in relevant discipline
- Must have background in Civil Projects
- Strategic Sales & Marketing skills
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Good interpersonal skills
