Very cute country house in a quiet location with a wonderful view wo the olive trees in San Mateo. It is only 20 minutes from Ibiza and 5 minutes from the idyllic village Santa Gertrudis.
The main House has a large fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
Connected to the main house there is an apartment with its own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The green garden has many trees and plants and a great view to an olive plantation and the mountains.
There is also a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a covered dining table.
Extra: It can be annually rented and sublet in the summer.
