JOB TITLE
SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER *** Hong Kong

Our client is one of Hong Kong’s leading property services companies providing property and facility management services in residential, commercial and industrial properties across Hong Kong.

They are currently seeking high caliber candidates to fit the role of a Senior Operation Manager to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor facility management operations to ensure that it’s up to company’s standards, and are delivered as specified
• Maintain good business relationship with clients
• Explore business development opportunities
• Oversee staff conduct and performance, and provide necessary trainings
• Monitor income, expenditure, profit and deficits.
• Review monthly financial reports

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Facility Management / Property / Real Estate or related discipline
• At least 10 years experience in Facilities Management; of which 5 years is of managerial level.
• Member of IFMA, HKIFM, HKIS and BIFM would be preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good computer knowledge
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
