Fantastic villa
This 2 storey spacious villa is located in quiet corner of an exclusive residencial complex only 20 mins drive from Disney World and 40 mins from Orlando International Airport. The villa is a bright airy with an open plan family room, a separate dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. There are no neighbours to the rear of the property which means the deck and pool area are very private and it is the perfect spot to relax after discovering all this lovely area has to offer. There is a Free internet connection in the villa and a wireless connection in the clubhouse, so bring your laptop. The clubhouse also has a large open communal pool and a fitness room. There are shrubs,a few trees and a lawn in grass at the front of the villa. There is grass to the sides and at the rear there is a grass covered area and surrounding fence. The private pool measures 24ft by 12ft and can be heated. It lies along an east west axis and receives the sun all day during July/Aug. At the deep end 5.5ft there is a ledge one can sit on and the jacuzzi spa which can seat 4 persons. The shallow end 3ft has steps into the pool. There is also underwater lighting for an evening dip and a pool blanket for the cooler months October to May. The deck has a shaded lanai with a table and 4 chairs with cushions. There are also 4 loungers with no cushions. There is also a mesh cage around the deck to keep insects out. The deck is accessed from the kitchen nook and the master bedroom by sliding doors which have alarms for children's safety.

Our pool lies along an East - West axis and in July and August has sun on the pool all day. The communal pool has no buildings casting shadow and also has sun all day.

The Villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double,3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Entertainment:
The Villa has television with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play.
