This organic farm just 5 km from San Gimignano, produces Vernaccia of San Gimignano DOCG. It is nestled in an unspoilt, protected valley and while in a secluded position is just a few minutes from the amenities. The property is surrounded by trees and beautiful vineyards and accessed through 1 km of dirt road.

The ancient farmhouse (338 sq.m.) with characteristic interior is made up of:

Ground floor: kitchen with original fireplace and original staircase leading to the first floor, independent apartment, wine cellar and 2 multipurpose rooms.

First floor: a large living room with access to the terrace, four bedrooms and a bathroom.

The property also includes an outbuilding of approx. 240 sq.m., part of which is used as a cellar and the rest as storage. There is 13 hectares of land, of which 5.5 hectares are vines for grape production, the rest is arable, woodland and orchards.

The vineyard's main wine is Vernaccia of San Gimignano DOCG and is produced under two labels with about 33,000 bottles each. The vineyard also produced around 5,500 bottles of San Gimignano Rosso DOC, approx. 6,600 bottles of white Tuscan wine and 2,600 bottles of red Tuscan wine. The entire production is sold abroad.
