The Estate is situated next to the river, secluded and quiet and surprisingly still within a two minute drive from the shopping district and coffee shops in town. It also offers a bus service right outside the door.

Our two main designs are a Cottage and a Villa, both of these plans have various facade options. We also offer the Wetland design, which is especially designed to capture views of the wetlands and Murray River. This plan is only available for particular sites in the village. Islandway design, consists of 2 Bedrooms and 2 large living areas and is also situated right on the Wetlands.

All of our designs boast spacious open plan living with an undercover entertaining area. The fully enclosed garage leads into the home for easy access inside.

The Estate has its own Function Centre with a fully equipped commercial kitchen. This wonderful area is the centre of many of the activities that take place in the Estate every week. Situated next to the green lawns behind the Function Centre is a lovely Barbecue-Gazebo, which lends itself to terrific Australian Backyard Barbies for everyone.

Not only do the men enjoy their billiards and eight ball, they also have their own shed where they can tinker while the girls have a range of art and craft activities that will make most eyes sparkle. The weekly Tai Chi classes keep mind and body healthy and the Social Club keeps everybody entertained.
