3D TEAM LEADER

JOB You will be responsible for creating detailed specifications, which involve providing solutions and the right service mix for proposals made to the client. Your proposals will be descriptive and will include full specification descriptions.

Your background in Interior Design/Architecture will be utilised whilst preparing detailed plans and layout drawings in 2D/3D, which will be used to present to the client. You should also be able to establish possible camera paths & sequences and summarize it as an animation storyboard (by either a sketch or simple 3d animatics)

You must have strong communication skills, which will enable you to write compelling technical specifications, as well as revise plan layouts and spec, should it be required by the client.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years or more relevant working experience
• Excellent detailing skills
• Multi-disciplinary Coordination skills is preferred
• MUST be competent with AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max
