The apartment is enter by the hall, which is the central place. The adjoining living room, two bedrooms, the (separated) kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Fine space. Nice thing is there is a garage for rent or for sale. You pay (approximately) Euro 80 per month to rent. You can buy for Euro 7500.

There should be couple of things refurbished. Lot of work is not necessary because 10 years ago, everything is renovated, but a new paint is no luxury.

All service are present. Service fee about 40.000 forint per month.

Apartment is located in a small apartment building. 2 per floor and 8 total. There is no elevator. Nice thing is that there is a courtyard where a great atmosphere in the summer. Is anyway a nice green
area here in the 11th district. Quiet neighbourhood where many families live.
