JOB TITLE
BUILDING SERVICES COORDINATOR *** Hong Kong

A well-established E&M contractor in Hong Kong is currently inviting experienced candidates to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily Site Supervision
- Carrying out inspections, testing and commissioning where appropriate
- Back up for budget control & project tendering
- Coordinate with Sub-contractors, Consultants and Clients
- Responsible for overseeing the planning of works, design, installation, operation and monitoring of the mechanical, electrical, and safety on site

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

- Degree or higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical or related
- At least 5 years work experience in Building services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- Must have knowledge in AutoCAD
- A good understanding of health and safety legislation
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
